The knowledge that my work is based on has transformed my own life. It’s a joy and a delight to witness other people undergo similar realizations and transformations. These are natural once a new understanding is gained.
My Background:
I’ve been offering private coaching for nearly 10 years. During that time I’ve also worked in universities as a specialist mental health mentor and career coach. During the last few years I’ve also provided consultancy and coaching for a variety of organisations.
I hold two coaching diplomas, a postgraduate diploma in vocational and educational guidance and a Masters in Psychology. I received a special commendation for my Masters dissertation, which looked at mental health and positive transformation.
Having studied Psychology and personal development in depth over the past twelve years, I’m now looking away from many of the traditional approaches to a new paradigm in Psychology. This new paradigm has profoundly changed my own life and the way I work as a coach. I know what’s on offer with a new and simple understanding and I’m thrilled to share it with my clients.
I know what works to create lasting change and what doesn’t, from personal experience and from coaching hundreds of other people.
I know what it takes to free yourself from insecurity.
Whether that’s insecurity relating to your career or finding the right career path, your relationships, or any significant transition.
I know that it’s possible to feel completely different about yourself, about relationships, and about life…so that you can finally relax, feel positive, have a lot more fun and be all that you’re meant to be in the world.

Outside of work I love time with my partner, family and friends; good food, travelling, sunshine, reading, yoga, films and getting outside in nature 🙂
