Goodbye insecurities, hello confidence and peace of mind – Group coaching programme
- 6 x 75 minute group coaching calls – 60 minute discussion and coaching, 15 minute meditation
- An in-depth questionnaire to complete prior to our first call. This will help you start getting clearer on exactly what you’d like help with, and will help me get to know as much about you as I can before we start the programme.
- We’ll have a theme for each call but you are also able to talk about anything that feels pressing at the time
- Recordings of each call and meditation – so that you can listen again, or for you to go over in the case that you miss a session
- The option to belong to a secret FB group where you can ask questions, and receive support and encouragement between sessions
- Downloadable PDFs and a workbook for you to keep
Topics we’ll cover:
- Feeling inadequate, envious and comparing yourself negatively to other people
- Feeling like you’re not enough
- Overcoming jealousy and insecurity in relationships
- Dealing with fear – including fear of loss, fear of being left, fear of being cheated on or made a fool of.
- Learning how to feel safe
- Learning how to stop fighting with your mind, feeling so frustrated and judging yourself so harshly.
- Valuing yourself and knowing your worth
- Having more fun being you
- Feeling beautiful and comfortable in your own skin
- Feeling strong, secure, confident and like the best possible version of yourself
- Living your purpose
Group programmes provide the benefit of learning from each other’s questions and insights, and there is power in undergoing transformation alongside others doing the same. There is also the opportunity to connect with like-minded people from all over the world. There will be a supportive, positive and inspiring feel on each call, and this training experience will be underpinned by warmth, sensitivity, respect and compassion.
