What feels good? Light, and free? Go there.
Stop doing things in ways that don’t. Release the pressure. Who are you doing these things for?
We can be so hard on ourselves and have such high expectations. But life is too short to be piling the pressure on. To be stressing ourselves out unnecessarily.
Where might you doing that? Try to stop and notice so you can make another choice.
When you’re piling the pressure on you’re doing things unconsciously. You’re squeezing the joy out of life and living only in your head. What might your body be asking for instead? What does your intuition say?
You can see feeling under pressure as a big stop sign.
What’s the actual pressure of the situation? And where might you be creating it internally?
What can you do to change things up and make them easier? To take the pressure off? You’ll know when you do just how much of a weight you’ve been carrying.
Put the weight down and walk around it. Look at it from all angles. Is it really worth it? The relief in your body will tell you that it isn’t.
Question the weights you carry. Question the feeling of being under pressure. Life is stressful enough. Don’t add to it unnecessarily.
Be kind to yourself instead. Please. Make things easier for yourself where you can. Give yourself a break. Go gently.
Take the pressure off and release the weight of expectation – both yours and other people’s.
Have some fun and relax into the lightness you create.
With love,
