How good will you allow yourself to have it?
How happy will you allow yourself to be?
How much can you enjoy being you?
How excited can you be about your life?
It’s all up to you.
We all get to decide, what we’ll accept and what we’ll settle for.
Sometimes we upper limit. When things start going really well for us, we start worrying about what could go wrong, or unconsciously do something to bring ourselves back down to a more familiar level of happiness. So we need to be mindful of this, and consciously expand our tolerance for how good we’ll allow things to be, and to feel. To believe we’re worthy of it.
It’s also easy to plateau, and it’s nice sometimes to rest and just enjoy where we are. If you’re really happy there, then that’s great.
But could you be enjoying your life more?
Could you be appreciating all that you have around you more?
Could you be more alive, more awake or more grateful?
Are you stopping to smell the roses, and appreciate all that you do have?
Are you actively inviting all that you’d love to receive into your experience? Or are you concentrating on the lack of it?
We create our own realities with our thoughts and actions. We can respond to whatever is happening however we choose.
We all have a choice. So many choices. We forget that we’re free to choose. The possibilities are endless.
This is your life. What do you want to do with it? How do you want to live it?
Don’t box yourself in. Allow yourself to dream, bigger. Allow yourself to marinate in all the possibilities, and what you’d love the most. Dwell there often, and believe you deserve it, because you do.
